Backseat air vent very minimal airflow

Does anyone that has backseat air vents notice that there is basically no air flow regardless of the settings in front or rear and regardless of ac or heat?

Was there anybody in the back seat when you noticed this? I think it is connected with the seat belt warning and the car needs to discover there is somebody in the back.

Interesting… yes my daughter was so one seat was active. Will test this more though today.
