Bad USB Hub ?

Had the blue spinning ball of death on my PCM screen (2021 Taycan 4s). Porsche just came back and told me that I have a bad USB hub that seems to be the issue. Anyone have this issue before- waiting for them to source a replacement hub- I suggested Best Buy might have one.

This TSB was issued about PCM stuck on loading spinner. It is software solution which applies if the loading spinner is on PCM display that does not have any other icons or text.

I had the software update that this TSB references already.. I get a new USB hub installed tomorrow so hopefully this addresses the issue.
