Of course.The car is imported in Croatia,and have passes the complete control without any problem.It has a registration platrs and it is completly legal.Because the repairs were completed by a non Porsche Approved body shop, that would void any existing warranty. The previous owner may have claimed a refund on the outstanding warranty period.
Your car may be on a ‘write-off’ register. In the UK where such cars are repaired the government vehicle safety authority has to inspect them before they are put back on the road. That may depend on the severity and classification of the damage. If the same applies in your country, that may be your first review step, ahead of getting a Porsche 101 check.
