Because the repairs were completed by a non Porsche Approved body shop, that would void any existing warranty. The previous owner may have claimed a refund on the outstanding warranty period.

Your car may be on a ‘write-off’ register. In the UK where such cars are repaired the government vehicle safety authority has to inspect them before they are put back on the road. That may depend on the severity and classification of the damage. If the same applies in your country, that may be your first review step, ahead of getting a Porsche 101 check.
Of course. The car is imported in Croatia, and have passes the complete control without any problem. It has a registration platrs and it is completly legal.

Similar in the UK for new car warranty. Summary below.
In the circumstances of the case here it may difficult to evidence that the repairs were of satisfactory quality and used genuine parts.

For the used car/follow-on warranty, Porsche has chosen that prior service, repair or maintenance must occur according to a specific standard and by an authorised Porsche Centre. From the emerging description in this thread that isn’t the case here.

If a warranty has been voided the purchaser should be entitled to claim a refund for the remaining period.

To purchase another warranty, if the car is a recorded insurance write off it may require a government test before it can be put back on the road. If needed, that would have to precede a 101 test.

I was at the main Porsche dealer for Croatia and for Slovenia. The answer is,the car was demaged and not repaired in the oficial Porsche service. So no more possibility for any control (101 points) and then to pay Porsche aproved. The waranty is finished becuase the car has 4 years. So I have probably only the warranty on the baterry, but that decides central office of Porsche in Germany.I am very disapointed, because on the car are only oem peaces and they can check that and say it is all ok and I can pay extended warranty.Probably they have big problems with Taycan and extended warranty so they took any possibility to not except some cars to awoid more costs for themselvses if possible.

Did you ask them about 'fixing' the repairs not done by them? It could be worth it, but probably not, depending on how much was repaired.

Problem is that it must be done from the Porsche service in which it was made this block, because they have all the documents what must be done.

Exactly. I would ask them if you could purchase the warranty if they (Porsche) fixed the repairs done by the outside repair shop. If so, ask them how much fixing it will cost you. Then determine if the cost of fixing it will be worth it to you just to purchase a warranty.

@Taycanistra from what I have gather reading this post, it seems to me that you bough the car from a dealer perhaps. Car was in the accident and you fixed it yourself. It had extended warranty from the previous owner that you believe should have been transferred to you.

What probably happened. The original owner got in accident, he/she went to Porsche Approved service place and when they got the quote they decided not to fix it. I could imagine at that time was flagged.

Honestly, you losing the warranty isn't surprise as no one knows how the car is fixed Porsche won't take liability to continue warranty the car.

Is my assumption correct?

I've written about it before, but...
Porsche Approved is an insurance product, not a warranty. At least in the EU.
The insurer can choose not to insure your vehicle for any reason they like.

You're never going to get Porsche Approved nor are you going to pass a 111 point check if the car was repaired somewhere other than a Porsche authorised workshop.

Generally good idea to do these background checks BEFORE buying the car. Probably that's the reason why it was cheap ;)
