- 2020 Taycan Turbo
I've lurked on this site everyday for the last 4 months, but created an account just to reply to this thread - which I'd just searched for.
I have a 2020 Taycan Turbo with PSCB, and have had this same issue. Had the car for about 3 months, and have gone through the car wash twice, and driven in heavy rain a handful of times.
I've had zero issues in the rain. It's always performed remarkably well in bad conditions.
But after the first car wash about a month ago, I noticed the exact same issues mentioned here. For about 5-10 minutes after leaving the wash, the brake stopping power is significantly reduced. Have to push in the brakes far harder/further than normal, and definitely notice it takes longer to stop.
Thought it was a fluke and forgot about it until I went through the wash again today - same issue.
It's fine after about 5 minutes, but definitely a little dicey right out of the wash. Since the OP also has same car/year as me, wondering if this is an issue limited to that model for some reason?
This issue aside, excited to be here!
