Can’t enter security code to acces PCM

I have just encountered this issue my software update was a month back but only since today I have been unable to access the PCM.
Has anyone encountered this issue ? Porsche service is not open for discussion.

Yes, it doesn't work. Make sure you are in an area with good reception. Try and enter your code until it works, then go into the settings menu and click on remeber me or auto login something like that. Then leave it alone.

I have great reception. The screen won’t let me Input my password.

Lock the car and leave for a few hours. This may clear the issue.

Failing that try the other key to unlock and / or use your secondary Porsche ID and then loop round to your primary.

Had it once a few months ago and it cleared. It is annoying but...
