We're trying to figure out which type of cars are affected by a missing heater.

My wife’s RWD was built at the end of January and has since been parked in a hangar (or field) awaiting a heater…

My own CT4S was built at the end of February and ran off the production line on March 3. My sales contact confirmed no 'stop sales' on my car and it should be 'in transport' to Belgium.

Both of us are getting rather frustrated on the ZERO news regarding the RWD built car without a heater. Just give us a clear timeline, but the lack of communication in how this is going to be resolved is rather frustrating!

Voices online of other affected owners suggest up to 6-8 months additional delays and that's not something we are willing to accept... None of the affected owners should accept such a delay!

Porsche made a clear choice to continue producing new cars and leave the already built cars in the cold...

In such a case we will do everything in our power to cancel the car and look elsewhere.

This will be frustrating because it's my wife's first Porsche and that would also mean it's her last and it will forever be a 'what if' story... Shame on Porsche!

My CT 4S was produced mid January, during the start of the stop sale, and it made it to the US on 2/18/23 (US date). I picked it up from my dealer on 2/27/23 (arrived the previous Thursday 2/23/23) no stop sales or heater issues. I am in Texas, another forum member whose vehicle was on the same boat, but who lives in Colorado has not received theirs.

Same here, car produced mid Feb and now in a field with no heater. I am in process of cancelling my order and placing an order against another allocation. Porsche don't care as all of these cars are already sold to the dealers so they don't care about the end customers.

Same for me. 4S produced since February 12 and stored somewhere.

I don't think any particular model is the problem. I'm sure all taycans are affected. As for the problem of the 12v Porsche put in priority the chain of production. The taycans stored awaiting retrofit and delivery are obviously not a priority, quite the contrary. I have been in understanding with my seller…. until today. this position is unacceptable. My delivery deadline is April 30. The seller had already taken a lot of secured time for this date on contract because I had to be delivered the first week of March before the stop delivery announcement.

I offered to my seller to break the contract today if the vehicle could not be delivered on time so that I could arrange otherwise. He immediately reacted by announcing 15% compensation that I would have to pay :CWL: So I told him that I was planning and that I didn't want to get into trouble because of their announced delay in August/September.

In Belgium, we still have to leave a little room for maneuver in the event of a delay, so I told him that if end May I did not take delivery, my position would no longer be able to understand their concerns and I would also ask them for a 15% loss.
