If by cell phone connection you mean Bluetooth, then yes, I've been down for just over two weeks. Dealer has confirmed a faulty hardware module ("Communications module") and has a part on order. My symptoms included Bluetooth, Wifi, SOS calling, telematics, news, calendar, weather, and SmartLift all ceasing at the same time, though Smartlift may be a function of a potentially unrelated issue - the GPS position for my car is also off by about 26 miles.

Yes - mine's a 2020, recall was performed several months ago without issue. The car has been working great for the past several months until this Bluetooth issue (and a self-induced mechanical problem, not at all attributable to the vehicle design or manufacturing or technology).

Mine was delivered June 2020 and I am reluctant let a dealership in my area work on it.

I miss the hands free telephone and the climate control most.
