Charging only available on passenger side

Is this a common fault ?

From my home charger it will charge perfectly on the passenger side (also the fast charge connection here) but plugged in on the drivers side charger goes Red with no charge available ??

Could be anything really. Since it works on the passenger side, it’s probably not a major electrical issue at least. If you’re lucky it’s just a matter of a dirty latch not engaging properly, but you should really just take it to a service centre and have it checked.
