Past couple evenings when I get home I’ve noticed a rhythmic clicking sound coming from the rear right (drivers side) wheel well area. Tonight, I plugged the car in after being home for a few hours and there it was again. I DO have a ‘suspension error‘ light that has come on several times over the past week and it’s going to the Dealer on Monday AM, but that warning light is not on currently, nor is any warning light for that matter.

Thoughts?

Pressure or position sensor error, or air leak in the pneumatic shock on that corner.

Jim, did you get any info from your dealer about what was making the sound?

YES! It’s a fairly common problem that the wiring harness back to the suspension pump is not properly routed from the factory. The air hose gets pinched as the car moves up and down which causes the pump to run continuously. This is what happened to my car most recently. They ordered a new section of the wiring harness and re-routed it so its out of the way, hopefully for good!

@jimshadow - do you by chance have a copy of your service order so I can show that to my service advisor? Thanks!

Sounds like you all may have figured it out. I had a similar problem but only when the car was moving. Turns out if you have the "bladed" wheels the blades can come loose and click as the wheel turns, so another possibility to consider.

Nope... it now can come from either side of the car... tick tick tick... the dealer said it was the security system checking if the doors are locked... I'm not sure, but it still happens...
