Hi all, thank you for sharing your knowledge and opinions in all the posts so far! Maybe it's moot now that production will be halted,
but please take a look at my proposed build and let me know what you think.

This will be my first Porsche and first EV. In the summer my driving time is usually 50% highway, 50% gravel/dirt roads
(county gravel or forest service dirt). More miles on highway, although that can be just as rough as the gravel!
90+% of my trips, I travel alone, and would have the rear seats folded down and bikes, snowboards,
and/or camping gear crammed in the back. But 4-zone climate added just for front footwell control.
I've also added a bunch of touring options for the longer trips.

I have spec'd 19" wheels and A/S tires for summer, and 20" winter due to more tire options. Both are just placeholders in this build... perhaps the 20" Off-Road wheels
with A/S tires, add good winter tires the next winter, and then get aftermarket 19" A/S or A/T the next summer?

Interior is standard slate grey for maintenance. No ORDP since by most accounts that's just expensive dirt/snow collection trays. The Luggage Compartment Partition Net is really just for the extra tie-down points.

The aesthetic cost options in the build are Mamba Green, grey seat belts, and black Porsche logo, in decreasing order of importance.

Thanks for reading, I'm interested to see your comments. What's next after that? I have to send the build spec to a dealer it seems. I don't have an existing relationship, and the closest are 30-50 miles away. What questions should I ask to decide which dealer? Would there be a price difference (do they enerally add much dealer markup)?

Welcome to the forum! You should try to secure an allocation first and then figure out your exact configuration. I’d start calling/emailing today to find an allocation at MSRP… then take it from there

I would work the phones to find an allocation at MSRP (make sure you’re not just placed on a waitlist, and I would not pay any market adjustment or out of state penalty). Once you have found an allocation you place an order (this generally requires a refundable deposit). Once you’ve placed your order you’ll have time to figure out your configuration until you reach your freeze date. Please note that the Taycan production is currently on hold and that demand is high.

My 2 cents regarding your build: I’d probably go for a CT4S if my budget was in the 130k range. Might be more challenging to find…

First EV, you spec’d the 19.2kW AC charger. Do you have plans/capacity/need for that? I have it, but I had plans/capacity/need.

Why 4-zone climate control if you drive mostly by yourself.

Yeah, the whole charging situation is unknown... I am in the U.S. Plus my home panel is full, so that will require some thought.

I originally didn't have it in, but saw some comments here that it provides front footwell control. Seems odd, though?

I'm sure I don't need a 4S but I have thought about it... price difference for a similar build is less than the price difference of the base models, due to different option packages. So maybe... I'll make that a part of my calls.

Generally too many options for a base model…which will suffer heavy depreciation as this will be the most plentiful variant. As suggested above, a 4S would make more sense for the same money….or less options on the base. If money is irrelevant and you are willing to take the hit on the back end, you’ve got a pretty sweet ride. If you are serious, get a real allocation first though.
