just last week these 2 issues started -
Connect can't find car, - either app or website
Bluetooth can't find any phones

Is there a reset ? Seems a pain to take to the dealer if it means pressing a couple of buttons.
Thanks

Hold 2 fingers on the clock on the main screen. Then select quit, and confirm (despite the small 'buttons' you navigate with touch, not the touchpad). Don't muck about in here at all (this is the engineering menu).

If porsches servers are experiencing problems then there's nothing to do but wait. ?‍♂

Didn't do anything but thanks for trying.
I'll drop to dealer as bluetooth for the phone is quite important.

I found the reset, its the space just above the home icon, top right on mine. Reset, still the same. There is nowhere to find the bluetooth settings to see if its actually activated either,

I had this occur last week. I didn't have the time to deal with it as I was off to work. I arrived, locked the car and came out about 2 hours later and it self resolved. Still not sure what occurred.

Website not finding your car could be OTA module or gateway module. IIRC no Bluetooth might be gateway module. So that's what it could be.

You could try 12V disconnect - open frunk, remove liner, remove positive battery cable, wait at least 120 seconds, then reconnect. Note this is a last-ditch thing to do though, you may have to reprogram the brake pedal position sensor and/or window close positions, and/or rear trunk open position.

I had connectivity issues to the car - Bluetooth was fine though. Was told to enable Privacy Mode. Lock car. Walk out of range of car for more than 10 minutes. Come back and disable Privacy Mode. It reestablished connectivity. Worked for me. Might be worth a shot. Low likelihood probably in your use case.

Check privacy mode is disabled.

Use the Device manager to control devices connected to the PCM. If your phone is there delete from PCM and delete all trace of PCM from your phone. Start over.

Not even when you attempt to add the phone as a new device (Bluetooth enabled)?

Correct. Won't see anyone else's phone either.

Well, this morning it all started working again after more than 2 weeks!

Correct. Won't see anyone else's phone either.

Sounds about right. Software loading sequence at startup / corrupted profiles and anything else besides.

Not a week goes by when something 'odd' or unexpected occurs with the Taycan - all part of being a Pioneer I guess.

No, I don't agree.

I do agree that Porsche has work to do regarding the reliability and quality of the software.
And communicate with their customers, for example by creating a Porsche monitored forum with a public part for communication from Porsche to us and a private part for complaints from us to Porsche.

One thing I find very interesting and fills the Porsche to us communication void a bit is this huge (204 MB) PDF: https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/downloads/folders/TSBS/Manufacturer_Communications.pdf

Search for Taycan and enter the NHTSA ID in this URL to get the document: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-NHTSAID-0001.pdf

Might not always work, for example 2021 needs to be 2020, or 0001 needs to be 0002, but until now I have found all NHTSA IDs. Some are very interesting reads.
