Critique my Crayon GTS Build!

Has anyone seen what the crayon inserts in an all black interior look like?

With kids, an all crayon interior is just not an option for me, but I'm considering these inserts with crayon seatbelts, Neodym and Carbon trim.

I am getting this Neptune GTS in April (it was a dealer speced car) http://www.porsche-code.com/PN2C8TB4 as they are taking my Crayon CT which arrives in March.

The Crayon GTS I can nominate to have arrive anytime after September. I'll likely request an MY23 Build.

Some quite personal choices but the only one I’d suggest a rethink would be the neodyme interior finish. Passenger Display is also worth a rethink - limited functionality at a high price.

Rear axle steering (with Power Steering Plus) - a must.

You personally don't like neodym or you don't think it works with this build?

The Neptune car will have a passenger screen, so if it proves to be useless I will delete it before the build freezes on the Crayon.

I don't like neodyme - looks chintzy and cheap (sorry). May work with a black interior but I'd skip.

Yeah I can see why some may feel that way. Different strokes for different folks.

What I love is how amazingly configurable these cars are. A pleasure that disappeared from BMW and Mercedes a long time ago.

I have a CT with Crayon paint and crayon interior + neodyme on order so quite similar. Few pics I found to help below.
Neodyme is actually not bright gold… it has a white gold satin finish, quite subtle. I might lose it if I switch to Bordeaux though!

I think inserts look amazing but given the standard black/crayon leather has a lot of black I don’t think I’d pay a grand for a tiny bit less white! See below

Suspect it is popular in Middle Eastern / Eastern markets.

Classic case of pay your money and take your choice.

There’s a green CT with brown olea and neodyme for sale at the local dealer - it’s been there for a while and is probably going to stay for longer! But I’m sure the first owner loved it so yes I believe it’s a matter of what you think will make you feel special in your own car.

I consistently picked Gold for my iPhones every year since the 5S was available in this shade, so I’m partial ?

Yeah for some reason they bundle neodyme with Olea. At a push I’d consider body colour as a contrast.

I’ve seen a Mamba CT with neodym alloys (Glasgow) - 2 very brave choices!

Thank you for the feedback mate. I probably will do the black inserts just because I have kids. I can justify the spend by deleting the Crayon seatbelts I had previously and Neodym. And as much as I am partial to Neodym on certain specs, I've decided it doesn't belong in a GTS with carbon inserts.

This is the interior combination I will do, but with black inserts instead of grey.

Keep crayon and no inserts + simple to keep clean. Light detergent wipe down once a month. Brand new.
