CT rear wiper

Since new the rear wiper has not wiped the middle section of the blade.
OPC has failed to fix it, and it's too inconvenient to take it in again. Looking at other CTs in dealership, two looked fine, but two also looked like there was a gap under middle of blade. Anyone know if it is adjustable, so that it applies even pressure across blade?

I picked mine up a month ago, it was used, but whenever I use the rear wiper it makes a rubber-on-glass sound but no sound coming back. It does matter if it is dry or wet! On the warning I have a notification saying to change the wiper blades, I can not believe the car knows must be a mileage thing, I feel your pain!

Removing and reinstalling fixed it. It’s just clipped on.
