Dc charging

Since the big update, it has been impossible for me to recharge in DC. As much at Electrify as other independent terminals. Taycan turbo S 2020 does not support plug & charge. In Canada it is impossible to have the retrofit. I guess the problem comes from the plug & charge recently installed. Any suggestions?

I connect the car to the terminal, the process begins, I see on the pcm screen a wheel turning and turning and after 1 minute, message indicating "unable to recharge" on the terminal screen it is indicated " please disconnect". In the application I have a "loading error" message. Also next to the car charging socket, the red light lights up. I tried without going through the application and with the application, it looks like the terminal does not recognize the Taycan. Even with other that does not belong to Electrify, the terminal tries 3 times to leave the load and again there error message.

Have you tried multiple chargers as I have had that happen once and it was the charger.

Yes I did. 6 others chargers

This may not be relevant but anyway:
Prior to the upgrade were you able to do DC charging?
Is the problem with DC charging only in Canada? I see your profile has Canada and USA. I thought I remember seeing some past posts in here about difficulty with the car credentials with Electrify Canada vs Electrify America.
Could this be a problem with the car not recognizing your sign-up with Porsche Charging Service (for Canada or US)?
Can the car be charged at a DC charger other than one in the Porsche Charging service?
If you go to Electrify charger and pay directly with credit card, instead of using Porsche app, will the charge work?
Is the problem with Porsche Charging service DC chargers not recognizing your subscription, or unable to charge at any DC charging service at all?

i think it is a problem with the sign-up. Probably plug & charge but 2020 doesn’t have this feature

no I can’t

I think so, because electrify can start the charger without my app.

unable to charge with another kind of suppliers.

in usa i opened an account with Electrify America. it is not compatible between these 2 countries.
