Porsche Connect - Add on (Innodrive + Lane)

I have had a monthly subscription to Innodrive and Lane Assist since I bought the car (September).

I got a new credit card, so I updated the payment information and now suddenly I can only buy these on permanent payment. (2000 dollars/1800 euros)

I have called customer service in Porsche Connect, who says they don't know anything about it.

Does anyone here know anything?

I had exactly the same. Seems like the monthly subscription FOD's are removed for J1 when J1.2 was coming from the factory. I ended up in buying it as permanent FOD. One of the advantages is, is that FOD is not personal but for your vin, so when selling the FOD could be worth a little bit. I did not try contacting customer service to get a discount for the months I pre paid - it was just 6 months. Maybe worth it for you?

Yes the subscription is unfortunately gone

I haven't heard of any success of getting it again so please share if you succeed.

I have contacted them again.

now they suddenly say it is not possible. but they will open a case to get me the money back for the period I have paid for.

and then I can buy them unlimited
