Of the few videos I've managed to watch all the way through, he's not even that good reviewer.
To be fair car reviews are about as subjective as you can get, so I find it best not to worry so much about any one person's opinion. I honestly just want to hear a bunch of hot takes of people trying the car so I can determine what I might really like or really hate about it. I look for things like people saying the seats are uncomfortable for small people like me, poor visibility while driving, annoying tech while driving, etc. I can easily see the specs of the car, and know if it will objectively work well for my uses, but I can't get a few thousand miles of experience driving one to know what I might start noticing after that time.

I thought Doug's review was quite positive and balanced. Yes, he's a bit annoying (seems like adult ADHD in full swing!) but genuine and enthusiastic.

Recently watched a bio of his 'origin story', he spent 3-4 years straight out of college as a logistics coordinator for Porsche USA out of Atlanta, GA ... so he knows the brand inside out. Have to give him that credit, at least.

And he at least doesn't have the phallic 'stick of truth' that Matt Watson seems to have a fetish about... :)
