Engineering screen while driving

Has anyone ever seen this?

I was driving home when my car "rebooted" and this screen showed up. The instrument cluster and car continued to function normally.

I eventually pressed Reboot to normal mode and after a while the standard UI came back.

I have heard of people resetting their cars and stuff but this was out of the blue while driving.

I haven't seen this when driving, but I have entered this mode on a number of occasions to fix minor glitches. It is very easy to do by just pressing above the home button with two fingers and it only takes a second. Did you happen to just press the home button before this occurred and accidentally activated it? If not, another one of the Taycan's peculiarities. Still the best car I have ever owned.

I have not seen this issue, but plenty of others. My car is at the shop right now. The list of the problems reported, mostly electronics related, is 30 items long.
They range from "Trunk emergency latch malfunction," also seen reported while driving, to Porsche InnoDrive getting stuck to 65 mph. A similar issue to the one you reported above was that my car went into private mode while driving before.
Porsche Taycan electronics is a real mess. Super disappointed with their inability to fix fundamental issues. Worst electronics ever, but the best drive ever.
