Has anybody figured out an easy way to reconnect the vehicle to Porsche connect while driving?
Took my first long road trip today (543 miles) and after each charging stop, the vehicle lost its connection to Porsche connect. This was evident because the charging planner stopped working, satellite view is not available in the nav, Apple music will not connect, and other issues.
Fastest solution I found so far is to stop the car, switch to guest account in the PCM, and switch back to my account. But this is inconvenient as it cannot be done while driving.
Many have shared this problem, but I haven’t yet seen another solution.
So many positives about this vehicle. But one unexpected surprise was that the chargers in Kansas worked very well and I had them all to myself (except for the occasional drive-by gawker).
