EZPASS issues with Taycan Turbo, anyone?

So, I am 9 weeks into my Taycan and I am really enjoying the acceleration super responsiveness and performance. But I have tried 3 different transponders for EZ pass and they all fail to read. Now I’m sitting on stacks of violations to dispute.
any suggestions?

Do you have the transponder in the 'shaded' area at the top of the windshield near the mirror?

Not that I've had my CAV FlexTrak work either...

No problem with the EZ-PASS transponder in my 4S but I do not have the super-insulated glass.

My dealer said to place a white towel over the wind shield and it becomes obvious where the cut out zone is.

PS I haven’t had an issue and I placed it to the right of the rear view mirror high up as the mounting bracket I have would go.
