Frozen washer fluid

Hit the problem yesterday and today (only -3 outside). I have the Prestone concentrate and they are still blocked. I didn't realise they were heated - I can't find anything on that. Most disappointing - how on earth do you survive in Nordic countries?

Supposedly it’s only the nozzles that are heated.
Considering I’m assuming the actual tank was frozen, I don’t see the point.
Just had mine in for the latest software recall & the guy didn’t have a clue when I questioned him on it.
Surely it’s not fit for purpose unless the tank is heated as well.

On my Mercedes it seems there is a heating wire that runs inside the hoses.
