I placed an order for chalk GTS from two different dealers back many months ago. They're due to arrive about the same time (this month) so I cancelled one of my orders, meaning the dealership will take delivery and sell it to someone else.

They probably have a list of people to call and sell to, but if any of you are interested, I can send you the info.

Just curious but by delaying all the way to delivery, do you then forego your deposit on the car you cancelled?

I think that depends on the dealership. With the one I worked with, it was a refundable deposit.

in CA it's illegal to have a non-refundable deposit.
