Headrest: how to move back and forth? Manual?

I see a black push button to push on the headrest..do you push that and then press forward to move the headrest? I just got the car and too scared to push with a force.

yes, press it and use one hand on each side to pull forward. it can be sticky when pulling from just one side. you won't break it.
