Heater failure in Australia

Hey guys,

I thought I’d post this in the Australian region as I’ve seen many issues with the heater failing in the UK regions but so far nothing in Australia.
I’ve just had my heater fail on me a few days ago. When I turn up the temp it just blows cold air into the cabin. Seems a very common problem in the UK.
I have my Taycan booked in to have it checked out, however I was wondering if anybody has had this issue in Australia?

Not yet, but I have asked the dealer to check the heat pump and the water heating component when the car gets its annual inspection on 18 May -- provided the inspection isn't too invasive.

Had my AC fail on me in Summer and now the heater going into winter ?

Quick update, turns out the high voltage heater module has failed, as per what is happening in the UK and some in the US.
No ETA at this stage, however thanks to the great service at PCW they have provided me with a Taycan loan car while mine gets fixed. Good to have a warm car in these cooler months.
