Help needed - part number and explanation

I broke the passenger seat control unit (one of them). It works fine but it falls down. I asked the Porsche dealership for an estimate to replace it but they went silent.

Any idea what part would I need to replace and how hard is to replace it?

Looks like this is the part number for the 14-way seat. The whole panel with buttons are one part.

9J1-959-748-C-TM0

Here's someone that had to replace theirs. Remove the surrounding trim panel to access it.
