How long for FOD?

does anyone know how long it takes to install already FOD purchases?
I buy this morning the power steering plus but still in “process”

From what I understand, the car needs to be locked, off, and not charging before the FoD install can happen. On my road trip last week I forgot to activate Active Lane Keeping like I normally do, so I bought it once I hit my first charging stop. By the next charging stop, the car realized there was a FoD available (good) but due to the above requirements, I was never able to get the car to install the FoD until I reached my destination because any moment my car was stopped...it was charging.

Even then, it still took about a day after reaching my destination, across a couple drives, for the FoD to successfully activate. The first few attempts I would see an error about FoD failing to activate upon entering the car.

In the past, when I've had the foresight to buy the FoD at least 1 day before starting my road trip, it's already activated the next time I step into the car. I think the couple of failures to install due to my charging of the car made it so there were some glitches even when I met all the conditions for install.
