For the sake of discussion let's assume there're two identical Taycans (model year/trim/options/mileage/etc), with the only difference being one is certified pre-owned by a Porsche dealer while the other isn't. IIRC it costs a Porsche dealer ~$3k to get a Taycan certified. The CPO price essentially includes the cost of the inspection and 2-year warranty.
