How to Get Shortcut Menu on Central Console?

How do you get the shortcut menu on the lower console? I had it but it disappeared. The manual says to swipe down but when i do nothing happens.

When the car is stationery you will see a ”hamburger” symbol press it.. looks like tre lines

Put the car in Park and then top centre you'll see 3 lines - swipe down. It will then remain in place.
