My 2020 TTS (89.000 km) battery SoH is currently been checked at Porsche due to sudden loss of range. I had to approve that they drove with the car as the battery has to be almost completely empty conform attached protocol. After that it has to stay completely idle for 6.5 hours (at almost 0%) then it has to be charged to at least 90%, then it has to be sit idle again for 6.5 hours and then the SoH can be determined if the test was succesful. If the tests fails, hence the test equiment does not get a number, it has to be done again. Has anyone else battery SoH been checked conform this protocol? It is a cumbersome process as you can read and every owner is probably going to request that just before they hit 8 years and or 160.000 KM to see whether their battery is within the specifications Porsche guarantees. Can you imagine the burden on the service departments.

Yes, other owners in the forum have had the HV battery "deep test" done by Porsche.
TSB: Completing HV Battery State of Health (SoH) Test Procedure in PIWIS Tester - July 19, 2024

Also, information here is that the SoH measured after the "deep test" is relatively close to the SoH value displayed by connecting device to OBD port that can be done by owners using OBD software.

Sudden large loss of range on another 2020 Turbo has been described in these posts:
Taycan Problems are overwhelming an otherwise great car
Once again...the battery...
