HVAC back to front!

So driving the evening I decided for the First time to press the button to direct cold air to my feet. Oddly the passenger side started to blow and the heater display showed this. so I pressed the passenger side and I got air blowing on the drivers side...

Most odd. Not only is the display the wrong way round, so it must be more than just wires crossed?? Software? car is only 4 weeks old.

Its odd as the rest of the system works fine. its only when I select the down to the feet button that it gets left and right mixed up
