Hey mate that does seem a bit high for garaged, I used a broker - have you tried Shannons or QBE who I ended up with via broker.

Thanks - Shannons were the go - sub $4k and cheaper than NRMA and Porsche Insurance

Hey guys what's the best premiums you've come up with now? I'm getting quotes between $4k-$5K so far.

After reading this thread I'm going to try Shannons and QBE.

For anyone interested:

Shannons declined to quote because my brother, who may drive this car 4-5 times a year, has only owned SUV's, even though he regularly drives high value high performance vehicles.

Great review, thanks for doing the hard yards for us. My Taycan won’t arrive until the end of the year, so your work has been very helpful. My car is currently unsourced with RACQ, with no complaints.

Thank you for the feedback. I will very likely go with RACQ or NRMA. I was supposed to pick up the CT this Friday but the floods have likely delayed that for another week.

Hi Chris, I am in Marin and had a quote of $3,500 a year on 100/500. May I ask what insurance company you are using for coverage?
