Random thoughts taking in the announcement:
- Finally a Taycan which can beat Model S Plaid (which costs less than a base trim rwd Taycan) around a track, though still not in 0-60
- No Cross/Sport Turismo options
- Only trim with working aero scarf (standard on gen1 taycan except for Turbo S)
- Why isn’t the “no back seat” version a 2 door hatchback?
- Extra power still locked behind launch mode, and now additional push-to-pass and attack modes. Specs only mention launch mode for max power, so the others might be less.
- That giant spoiler can’t be good for range. Is additional down force really needed with such a heavy vehicle?
