Intermittent issue with Navigation not starting route

Every so often I'll start the car and try to navigate to my destination only to get stuck in a loop. It will say it is calculating the route and then the Start route button is shown, but no route appears. Pressing Start does nothing. When I hit the "x" to close the dialog, the calculated route is shown for a second and then it goes away and returns the map. The map works. It shows where I am and moves along with my drive just fine. If I try again, the same thing happens.

After reaching the EA chargers, I turned off the car and took a 15 minute walk while it charged. When I returned, the issue was still there. II was hoping it would reset after 5 minutes, but maybe it is different when charging(?).

I couldn't remember how to reset PCM, so I couldn't try that. I just looked it up again, so I'll try when this happens again.

Anyone else seen this?

I have a 2021 that had the big SW update (color icons, etc.).

I have not seen what you describe.
I do know that sometimes when I charge the car and I have an active destination in the nav unit, the car will not complete charging because the nav unit/route planner seems to think additional charging is not necessary for the route. If you are having nav unit issues while charging, try stopping the nav destination until charging is complete.

I had the exact same problem. They changed my PCM but another problem just reappeared with the PCM not displaying the map in the dashboard.
