Journey data stopped Sept2

Hi, first post for me in the forum and hoping for some feedback to recover missing journey data. Car is new RWD collected June 30th. Journey data reported up to Sept 2nd (time, speed, distance and kWh/100km). But following a drive today no data appears in the app after Sept 2nd. I do recall seeing a message flash up re a calendar update but it quickly disappeared and nothing coming up when I search calendar. Any ideas on what has happened and how to recover and restart the data flow? I have found the forum to be a very informative and valuable source of information

Trip data now being reported from Sept 10th. Reset the password on the My Porsche app logged out and in again. Changed to privacy mode in the in car configurator and then deactivated privacy mode seems to have done the trick. Picked up first stone chip to off to get a touch up stick from the dealer hooefully
