Kalispell MT --> San Francisco CA (Taycan Pickup/Delivery Report!)

I ended up driving about 1 hr in the dark on the rural roads. Literally 1 mile from the interstate, I'm pulled over by county sheriff for speeding! These towns in MT are 35 mph zones on rural highway roads that are 60-70 mph, of course out-of-towners are easy pickings!

Didn't bring your radar detector? Full disclosure, mine saved me twice on 3,500 mile drive home from the dealer. Radar detector and dashcam were the 2 things I installed before setting off across the country.

Congrats on the new acquisition @Flying ace ! Also, kudos on doing the fly-and-drive. YOLO, and if you buy the car to drive (vs. keep it in perfect shiny condition with low mileage in your garage), it's a great way to get to know your car, and spend some time enjoying the new purchase. A few of us Taycan owners have done these, everyone I know loved it. I've had my Taycan for almost two years (3 months shy) and still love it! I take it for road trips, even though my wife's EV actually has greater range, so technically it would allow us more charging buffer, but I prefer driving the Taycan. I wish Porsche and Tesla would work out the Supercharger access, but not holding my breath on that one.
