During my winter trip to the arctic circle earlier in the year – I was very impressed by the performance of the Pirelli P Zero winter tyres. I didn't experience any wheel slip in nearly 5000 km of snow and ice driving.
However, what I hadn't appreciated is how good electric motors are good at putting the power down with the finesse required in winter driving.
This video tells an interesting story – considering the traditional all-wheel-drive petrol car's are also on similar winter tyres.
