New memeber with the long overdue Taycan.

Picking up on the 14th, not 100% convinced on the wheels but looking forward to collection day, have had a few taycans on loan from porsched and loved them.

Hey all! About three months ago, I snagged a 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo S in Volcano Grey Metallic with a sleek Black leather interior, and man, I’m absolutely loving it. Before this, I had a Harley Road King Special, a Mercedes E350, a Dodge 392 Challenger, and an APR Stage 2 VW GTI, but none of them hold a candle to this electric beast. With 750 hp and a blistering 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds, it’s a thrill every time I hit the pedal. I’m stoked to rack up more miles and maybe tweak a few things down the road..

Evening all.

Tomorrow I collect my new Taycan Turbo CT in blue. Quite well specified including Burmester, Soft Close, Comfort Access, Double glazing etc. Was a stock car and secured a very nice discount here in the UK as Porsche were doing a lot of support until the end of July.

Very excited. Coming from a V8 110 Defender so quite a difference, had a Tesla Model S Performance before that so I am used to EV, but obviously with a very different build quality and interior fit and finish….

Anything I should know before my first drive? Have to do 600 miles over its first two days so will be a good range test!
