Yep that could be so. If you have ACC then Innodrive is an FoD.

It's frustrating how bad Porsche is handling the FOD functions

I’ve been trying to activate ALK & Innodrive since picking up the car, but their red-ed out. I called PCNA & they said it could take “a few days” to sort out.

The app is doing a good job warning to have the dealer issue or update my First Aid Kit, though.

In UK tyre sealant and first aid kit are optional extras however the status of these are not updated in Smart Service if you haven't optioned them. Not sure if same in US.

You may be able to disable the message in Smart Service for these particular item - worth checking - if not then the dealer has to do it. Nothing particularly smart about Smart Service!

I left a message for my salesperson one evening after hours, he called me the next morning & said he would investigate. When I checked again in the early evening I was then able to select the FoDs. So it may have been that some actions weren’t fully completed by the dealer at delivery time. At least they were able to fix the issue quickly after I made them aware of it.
