Where did you find the Porsche front and rear dashcam for purchase? I ordered the pre-wiring but cannot find the actual dashcam to buy.
It’s the same cam front and back, just had the OPC sort, they have them in stock so put 2 aside for when mine arrives in 10 days or so, they fit them as part of the PDI. Where is your OPC?

Interesting. I assumed it's going to be a new front+back product. Are they both operated from the infotainment screen? Is the footage from front and back synced up and recorded together, or completely independently? I'm buying the Taycan from an out of state dealer and getting it shipped to me. I will install the dashcams after they get here. I was planning on BlackVue 4K but if Porsche ones work well as a front+rear setup, I might just pick up a couple of those. Will have to look for some reviews.

They didn’t work through the PCM when I had the front cam, just through the Porsche app… who knows for the more recent MY23 updates etc… maybe there have been cam updates, maybe not. I assume (rightly or wrongly) that they will indeed sync well in the app and that’s fine for me, I only really want them for proof, after the fact, should their be an accident, I once had someone reverse down a road and in to the front of another Porsche of mine, luckily there was an off duty police officer at the side of the road that witnessed everything, without the office the guy would have claimed I’d driven in to him with the damage to his rear and the front of my vehicle.

Do update us once you get them. I've been using Blackvue 2 channel even in Teslas which have built in dashcam, primarily because I want it to be reliable and with Tesla's frequent updates, I don't have the time to validate to make sure dashcam still works after every update (it doesn't always, there have been updates which messed up dashcam functionality). I am very well aware of the value of a dashcam as proof after the fact. My wife's then barely year old Model S was totaled by a hit-and-run, most likely DUI driver, and the dashcam footage saved us $1,000 deductible and an insurance hike, as without it , the accident would have been ruled no-fault, meaning both parties at fault, as there was no way to determine who veered into whose lane. In fact, I install dashcams in all our family vehicles, including our kids' cars . I treat them like aribags, hope to never use them, but want them there. So one way or another, some kind of a front+back dashcam is going into the Taycan within days after delivery (right after tinting windows), followed by a radar/laser defense system.
