Mine is working. I had similar issues week or so ago. Is your PCM showing the LTE or a funny = with a line through it type icon?

Some suggestions including fuses to try pulling....

No current problem here, however I did have this issue about 1 year ago and it never reconnected. Took a trip to the service center to resolve it.

Just to follow up on this in case it helps anyone else in the same situation, as others suggested, disconnecting the 12V battery for a few minutes sorted it. Easy to do (much easier than trying to work out which fuses to pull).

I’ve had this happen to me (reported to Porsche they told me they saw the case but won’t get back to me till monday as they need to refer to Germany) without even getting details on issue from me (Reported via app)…

Unplugged battery for 5 mins and nothing… so now trying 15 min reset….

LTE is now showing on the car so I toggled privacy mode and locked the car… let’s hope it resets as it shows the car in the same location as Weds night and not outside my house…
