So yesterday I saw a message on the screen that said something about a cancellation ready. I meant to look into it but forgot.

Today again, the same message. I haven't called Porsche yet because I loathe doing so which is why I am checking here first.

I don't have any expired subs, I don't have any subs I cancelled. I don't have anything at all that I can think of which would warrant a message about cancellation.

Is there a way to check the PCM for what exactly it wants to cancel?

Not come across that before in 4 years.

Seems random and perhaps relates to Appke Music or Spotify which at a certain point were free for a fixed period of time.

Mine being a CPO it didn't come with those and if it did, I never set them up but either way, it has been 10 months since buying the car, those would have long ago expired.

That was the first thing I checked, that and the website. Neither show anything unexpected.

I guess I have to make that damn call. Sometimes I really dislike the empty platitudes and hollow apologies Porsche Customer Care are so adept at. Everything has to be "escalated to Germany" and never is anything resolved with an explanation in a single call.

If it's not causing a problem and not appearing each and every time I would ignore it.

Are all your Porsche Connect Service subscriptions up to date?

Well, since showing up 3 days ago, it has shown up every day, even after reading it. I called Porsche Customer Care/Service. Got the reply I was expecting. Escalated. The agent even asked for a pic of the message on my PCM, I obliged. though it seems like a message/notification he ought to be familiar with.

That message shows up when you have a FoD option that have expired. If that is not the case it is clearly an error.

The PCC rep escalated the issue but suggested it might be a glitch. He suggested letting it run its cycle, but without being able to tell me what would be getting cancelled. IF it isn't something I use regularly, I'd have no way of knowing what in the myriad of features was deactivated. Something obvious like ALK I'd notice, something I don't use often or at all or is buried deep in the options menu, I'd probably not find until I go to look for it a year from now.

I am surprised they can't tell me what service/feature Porsche Connected Services is looking to cancel. Well, water under the bridge really. the damn cancellation finished while I was in Costco.

ALK is still there.
