Great thread. I'm pretty boring....love golf and working on my cars. (I have a 6.0L V12 and the Taycan currently) I've had Augusta on my Bucket List for a couple years now....not sure HOW it's going to happen, but I'm sure it WILL.
Another thing that I love to do is take long roadtrips off the beaten path. The goal is to drive the entire country...here's what I've done so far.....

Hi all

Just wondering what other hobbies, if any, you guys have when you’re not driving your Porsche Taycan?

I’ll start the ball rolling with mine.......

I fly combat aircraft in VR, with friends all over the world. We fly on a Sunday night and are currently doing a WW2 coop campaign.



On top of that, I’ve also been trying to stay active and healthy outside of VR, so I’ve been using some fitness apps I found through fitness apps dev. They’re great for tracking workouts, setting goals, and even doing guided sessions when I don’t have time for a full training routine. It’s been a fun way to mix tech and fitness into my hobby time.

Hey! That sounds awesome—flying combat aircraft in VR must be an incredible adrenaline rush without leaving the house.


When I’m not behind the wheel of my Taycan, I like to unwind with a mix of hobbies. I’m really into photography, especially landscape and long exposure shots at night. It’s a nice way to slow down and notice details you’d usually miss zooming by in a car. I also enjoy woodworking—building small pieces for the house or gifts for friends—there’s something satisfying about creating something tangible with your hands.


It’s funny how different hobbies give you such a unique kind of thrill compared to driving. What’s the most intense VR mission you’ve flown so far?

I'm obsessed with watches. Mostly new ones, but some vintage. I'm the head of Houston's RedBar watch collectors group, and my IG is @watchesandburgers, where I post about watches and burgers. So yeah, that's what I do when I'm not posting about Porsches.
