PCM Issues

I took my 2022 in for new Tires and the heater recall issue. It came back in privacy mode that I cannot turn off. I also cannot plug and charge so I am charging manually off the My Porsche app. I've re-booted and tried (I think) just about everything. Any suggestions on how to fix this???

1. When you say it came back in privacy mode, do you mean that when you use the app, the app gives you an error that the car is privacy mode?
Or when you are in the car, the PCM says that you have privacy mode enabled?

2. Have you checked that plug and charge is enabled in the PCM?
PCM > charging > . . . > plug and charge option checkbox is checked

In the car on the PCM Privacy mode is turned off. On my app it says it's on.....

In the PCM plug and charge is selected.......

I also re-booted and still nothing

In the PCM, upper right, is the LTE/datacomm symbol displayed, meaning the car is connected to Porsche servers? Or do you see two parallel lines with a slash through them?
