PCM Privacy mode issue

When I’m logged into my account the My Porsche app stays stuck in privacy mode and is useless.
Today I logged in as a guest and the PCM is now off privacy mode and I can access the app. How do I get the app to work when I’m logged in as myself and not as a guest? ???
