Anyone elses app showing Taycan in Privacy Mode when it is not?

If you have LTE or 4G/data connection at PCM, and privacy mode is deactivated, normally what the app will show is error message saying something like "no remote access, disable privacy mode (or add your user account to the car)."

If that is the situation, then try @tchavei's method of adding user again in PCM described here: https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/no-remote-access-via-app.16190/page-2#post-251539

Do not reset the PCM to factory settings. Resetting the PCM to factory settings deletes your userid from the PCM.

I am not sure whether this is still the same as the older app, but what used to happen was if you were using the app and got a patch of poor mobile signal (eg on a train) then the car would put itself into privacy mode until you return and unlock the car. On returning to the car it is not in privacy mode any more. (And the car is cold because you couldn't pre-heat it!).

I get this when someone else drives the car and selects user 'guest'. Have to turn off privacy and turn it back on to let you back into the app.
