So I drove my approved used Taycan 4S, could not wait for a new one, off the forecourt of the local Porsche Centre almost three weeks ago. Received my myporsche registration invite within days, as promised. None of the PCN services were live, told to wait a day or so. Nothing. Phoned the centre and took the car back, etc. Also lodged a case with Porsche Customer Services in Reading. Did all the things they told me to - logout, login, delete app / reinstall, check privacy mode, delete user..... Have done the shake your phone and send screen shots trick. Still nothing. Have had numerous conversations etc with them and each time I get similar responses “ I have raised a ticket, a new ticket, an escalation ticket, Stuttgart are looking into it as a matter of urgency, its now with Volkswagen, it’s a server issue”
Anyone else having similar issues? Any advice?
