Hello everyone! I used to have no problems with the Porsche App on Apple Carplay. I was able to use it all the time. A month ago my 22Kw on board charge died and the OBC had to be replaced (for the 11Kw model). The car was in the repair shop for a month and when it returned, some settings were no longer configured the same way. I was able to restore everything to the way it was before, but the Porsche app on Carplay displayed just that message below.
I was able to recover it by logging out and back in on the Porsche app on my phone but then, on the next morning, it was not working again. I went to the point of removing the phone pairing with the car and redo the pairing again, logging in again, and apparently it worked, but again, on the next morning the app was no longer working.
Everything else on Apple Carplay seems to be working as expected. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on how to fix this? I like to the the Porsche carplay app mostly because of the sound profiles (which I wasn't able to find then anyplace else).
Any hints and ideas are welcome. Thank you so much!
