Can't help thinking they could have helped themselves massively with adoption of their EVs by some pretty straightforward actions...
  • Better testing of their platform to have less shouty issues in the first place
  • Fronting up more quickly when the issues arise. Accept teething troubles will happen but don't lay it onto your customers
  • Start to lead the pack on your warranties - you're an engineering company. Show faith in your engineering and kick the opposition's arse on this
  • Upgrade paths for earlier cars. There is *no* excuse for not enabling software upgrades on cars with the same fundamental h/w platform
  • Stop the stupidity on pricing....avoid cranking up the pricing on cars that are already expensive, and don't take the piss on options prices. Sure, you're Porsche and have always done this. It could never last forever!
Piece of piss :)
Add one - provide reasonable (doesn't have to be market-leading), APR for finance options. May fall into cost.

Yeah this comment 👏👏 ridiculous APR over the last 2 years. Pretty disgusting. Especially when at points in the last 12 months VW and Audi have offered 0% on new car sales
