Porsche taycan battery issues

Our car Porsche Taycan 4s ,

We've now found that our car has a few issues. Normally, a full charge allows us to go only 170 km before the charging point lowers to 5%.

We want to start the car after it has been parked for a few hours, however the battery point indicator appears to be at 50%.

Have any of you previously experienced this problem? If so, do you know how to solve it?

112 miles on a full charge seems highly unlikely to begin with - especially in Singapore!

Standard 4S will have the basic Performance Battery and I would expect in your climate 180 miles + @ 100% and for the plus battery 275 miles (plus) @ 100%.
