My 2020 Porsche Taycan has been an absolute nightmare. It was in the shop for 3 months this summer! Within days of getting it back, the AC stopped working and it’s now back in the shop indefinitely. Porsche’s customer service has been a complete let down all the way from the top, down to the local dealership in Clearwater, Florida. I’m paying almost $2k a month for a car I can’t even drive. Porsche doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction anymore. It looks like the factory warranty will run out while it’s in the shop this time, so it went in under warranty and will come out of the shop out of warranty. Porsche won’t even extend my warranty the months it was in the shop and I couldn’t drive it. Owning this vehicle has been an absolute nightmare.

I don't know about your '20 Taycan's other maladies but I can speak to the a/c issue. I also have a '20 T4S and the a/c stopped working over the summer. I bought the car on the secondary market about 8 months ago. It took the tech's almost a week to figure out what was wrong. Turns out both radiators were rusted through and no longer functional (the fans stopped spinning). I complained to the dealer but needed my car back so I paid for replacements as it was out of warranty (expensive repair). I subsequently complained to Porsche NA and they agreed to reimburse me on the basis that it was only a month out of warranty. I still think there were mistakes made in the '20 EV model year and that's what's causing some of the problems. There's no way both radiators should have rusted out in only 4 years. I don't think they were properly treated with rust-proof to begin with.

That said, Porsche stood by its car. Driving this car continues to be a delight and I'm going to get an extended warranty to protect me (maybe mostly?) from further problems. Maybe I'll feel differently in a year but for now, I intend to hang in there. No other car drives like a Porsche (and I say that having previously owned a 911 Turbo Cabriolet for almost a decade).

No problems here since I took delivery new in 9/2020...
I only wish Porsche could fix the glitches in such a wonderful vehicle.
