You need to contact the Security Operation Centre (SOC) for the mobile provider who looks after the theft notifications in your country and ask them to confirm if the "Security Fobs", "Tracker Fobs" or "Driver Cards" (or someother local term) are connected to your account. They will ask for your Registration Number and one or more security questions you created when you set up your MyPorsche account. This phone number can be found on the MyPorsche website at the following location:
MyPorsche / Service Overview / Car Security Package.
